Begin by collecting your medical records from all your doctors and sending them to us (we will provide instructions). You can store electronic copies of your actual medical records in our secure, organized and physician-designed medical data Vault. For a small additional fee, the AlwaysMed staff can save you time by contacting your doctors and other healthcare providers on your behalf and collecting all your records.
